Agents and sub-agents do the same job. Both build their own team of hosts, both are paid on the same 4% to 20% commission scale, both use the same dashboard. The only difference is where your agency sits in the structure and it makes no difference to what you earn on your own hosts.
Do sub-agents earn less? No.
This is the assumption almost everyone arrives with, and it is wrong. Your commission rate is calculated from your own agency's performance, on the same 4% to 20% scale as any other agent. Five hosts earning the same amount pay you the same either way.
The reward the agency above you receives comes out of Poppo's payout structure. It is not deducted from what you make. You are not paying anyone for the privilege of being there.

Tell the agency you want to register as a agent. The link they send is what decides it, so this has to happen first.
- Download the app
Poppo Live on Android or iOS. If you are in India, download the Vone app instead.
- Create your account and copy your ID
Sign up with your mobile number, then copy the numeric ID from your profile page.
- Open the agent registration link in a browser
Not inside the app. This is where most applications quietly fail.
- Enter your ID and submit the code
Tap Get, check your app messages for the verification code, enter it and submit.
- Send your ID back on WhatsApp
We confirm and prioritise your approval usually 10 to 15 minutes.
Decide before you submit
Changing between agent and sub-agent after registration is not a settings toggle. Tell us which you want beforehand and we will set it up correctly the first time, rather than you having to unpick it later.
