If you are in India, you use the Vone app, not Poppo Live. Same platform, same hosts, same agency system, same commission structure only the app name and the download link are different.
There is one extra requirement that stops most Indian applicants, and it is explained below.
Wealth Level 3: why your registration failed
If you submitted your ID through an agency registration link and nothing happened, this is almost certainly the reason.
Users in South Asia must reach Wealth Level 3 inside the app before agency registration will complete. The link will accept your numeric ID without complaining. The agency simply never activates, and no message explains why.
The countries affected: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, the Maldives and Afghanistan.

- Copy your numeric ID
Found on your profile page inside the app.
- Open the agency registration link in a browser
Outside the app, in Chrome or Safari.
- Enter your ID and tap "Get"
A verification code arrives in your app messages.
- Enter the code and submit
Activation usually follows within 10 to 15 minutes.
