Here is how each part actually works.
Most people assume the rate is set when you join. It is not. Poppo recalculates it every month based on your agency's total earnings over the previous 30 days.
Small agency, low rate. Bigger agency, higher rate. Whatever rate you land on applies to everything your hosts earn that month.
The second thing people get wrong: commission is not a month-end payout. The moment a host in your agency receives a gift, your share is credited. You can watch it move.
Your main income, and the only one that scales with everything else you do.
Worked through at a rate of 12%: if your hosts earn 80,000 rupees between them in a month, your commission is 9,600 rupees. At 4% the same hosts pay you 3,200. At 20%, 16,000. Same hosts, same effort the rate is what moves.
Bring another agent onto the platform and you keep earning from the hosts under them.
If your rate is 16% and theirs is 8%, you earn the 8% difference on everything their hosts bring in. Two things worth knowing: this comes out of Poppo's payout structure and is not deducted from the other agent's earnings, and platform bonuses are excluded only real host income counts.
Poppo runs a daily ranking list for agencies. Qualify and you earn a daily reward on top of everything else, up to 180 US dollars a day at the top.
Placement depends on how active your hosts were that day, so it moves around. Be realistic: most new agencies do not qualify in month one, and this should not be part of your plan until your hosts are consistently streaming.
Up to 14 US dollars for every new host who completes onboarding. One payment per host, entirely separate from the commission you go on earning from that host every month afterwards.
This is the one new agents underuse. Onboarding ten hosts properly pays a real amount before any of them has streamed a single hour.
